RETURNS POLICY

At Tee Foods and Grain Hub, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If we deliver an incorrect item or a product that is damaged due to our handling, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.

To qualify for a replacement, customers must notify the delivery personnel immediately at the point of delivery and before accepting the order. Customers are advised to carefully inspect their items upon delivery to confirm that the order is accurate and in good condition.

Once an order has been accepted and confirmed at delivery, ownership of the items is transferred to the customer, and Tee Foods and Grain Hub may not be able to accept returns afterward.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are materially intact. Minor packaging imperfections such as scratches, dents, peeling, discoloration, or other cosmetic issues that do not affect the quality, safety, or usability of the product will not qualify for a return.

REFUNDS POLICY

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to restock the product. If the item remains unavailable, any payment made for that item will be refunded.

Refunds may be processed in one of the following ways:

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but we will make every effort to ensure the refund is completed as quickly as possible.
